Grain Delivery Route
Follow instructions below when delivering grain to Kansas Ethanol. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Directions to follow when delivering grain to Kansas Ethanol LLC.
Come in off Avenue Q to the staging area (gravel parking lot) to the east of the main driveway.
When it is your turn,proceed down the main driveway to the front gate (10 mph on plant grounds).
Pass through front gate, if gate is not opened for you, press intercom screen to be connected to operator.
Once through the gate,take next left and go around the office building and stop atthestop light.
Wait for grain receiving to contact you on CB (channel #14) or call them at 620-694-5410 if you don’t have a CB.
Come around to South scale to get weighed in and have grain tested.
Grain receiving will give you a lane assignment. Lane assignment will be either Lane 1, Lane 2, or Lane 3.
Once they give you the green light and lane assignment,proceed off the scale and stop atthestop sign.
Turn left and proceed around the south end of the facility, follow the 10mph speed limit.
Keep your eye out for other traffic, as there can be multiple trucks and company vehicles also driving around the facility.
Follow the road around to the east side of the facility.
Find your lane assignment and wait for your turn to unload.
Once you have unloaded, please proceed back to the weigh scale, this time to the North scale (watch for traffic).
Once weighed out,you will pick up your paperwork from the scale hut and follow the directions above the printer.
Proceed off the scale to the stop sign and turn right.
As you slowly approach the exit gate it will open once you get close enough. (Gate is on a magnetic loop and will open as it senses your truck approaching.)
